Quality Assurance.

Since 1998, ID Technologies has been registered to the ISO 9001:2015 standard, a Quality Systems Model for Quality Assurance in manufacturing personal computers, workstations, and servers.

The way organizations worldwide are doing business is changing, and quality is driving that change. By providing the highest levels of quality in our products, services, and support, our clients keep returning to ID Technologies for their IT requirements. We have created the foundation for our comprehensive quality management program by standardizing our processes into an organized and documented system.

ISO 9001:2015.

The core elements of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Systems Standard provide guidance in the development and implementation of an effective quality management system. Not specific to any particular product, the 2000 Standard applies to manufacturing and service industries alike.

A quality management system refers to the activities enterprises execute internally to satisfy the quality-related expectations of their customers. Customers may insist that organizations demonstrate that they conform to the quality management system to ensure compliance. This can be accomplished by using an independent “third party” registrar who audits and verifies the existence of the quality system and its respective utilization in business transactions. Our quality system is continually managed and maintained by our employees, and the senior management team ensures timely validation by a certified audit registrar.

O-TTPS.

ID Technologies, LLC is certified under The Open Group O-TTPS Certification Program Self-Assessed tier for O-TTPS and ISO/IEC 20243:2018. We were certified on September 16, 2020, and our certification is valid through September 16, 2026.

Our early adoption of this voluntary, independent certification highlights our competitiveness in the Federal space and ID Technologies’ continued leadership in product integrity and securing the supply chain.

What is O-TTPS?

The focus of the O-TTPS Certification Program is to assure customers of the integrity of our commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) information and IT products and to safeguard global supply chains against increasingly sophisticated security attacks.

This standard, if properly adhered to, will help reduce the risk of tainted and counterfeited products throughout all phases of a product’s life cycle – design, sourcing, build, fulfillment, distribution, sustainment, and disposal – thus enhancing the integrity of COTS ICT products and the security of their global supply chains. The O-TTPS Certification Program is open to all suppliers, providers, and integrators.

The benefits include identifying and mitigating security risks throughout the development, sourcing, and maintenance of COTS ICT products, product and market differentiation, and collaboration between Open Trusted Technology Providers™ and suppliers.
